GLITCH collectief is a queer collective with an intentional queer focus. GLITCH collectief aims for safe(r) spaces for the queer community that encourage you to experiment and experience on all levels. You will never enter a GLITCH space with just a DJ. We transform spaces and work together with visual artists, performers and even host exhibitions or workshops during our club nights. 

GLITCH collectief was founded somewhere late 2022. Founders Hanna van Koldam and Annemarie Venema shared passion for queer nightlife and the lack of events/parties in Leeuwarden. Early 2023, they organised the first GLITCH clubnight and sold-out Neushoorn Café. Since then, GLITCH collaborated with Friese Lente, Explore The North, Klup de Dag and Arcadia, won the ‘beste inclusieve initiatief 2024’ at Popgala Noord during ESNS and collaborated with GO! and ARCM in Faro for their international debut.

 After three years of roaming around the city of Leeuwarden, GLITCH collectief found their homebase in 2026 at underground venue De Beatriks, located at Blokhuispoort.
